Exotic and Reserve coffees are on a limited roasting schedule, usually roasting once per week. Since we don't back stock coffee, this may mean there is a slight delay in shipping orders with exotic and reserves.
Sebastian Gomez has produced the highest scoring non-reserve coffee in our lineup for the last two years running. His Pink Bourbon Carbonic has astounded us and we return to it again with the same excitement.
This year he also offered up an extended fermentation natural (EF2) process of his prized Pink Bourbon, and we snapped it up.
To round out this exceptional set of what is quickly becoming one of our favorite varieties, we're adding in a Natural Anaerobic/Lactic process Pink Bourbon from Norbey Quimbayo. His anaerobic process includes a CO2 flushed 72 hour fermentation followed by sun drying on raised beds.
