Ismael Hassen Aredo and his family have operated the Kayon Mountain Farm since 2012 and they have a meticulous approach to not only the harvesting and processing but also the structure and management of the farm. Ismael oversees over 300 employees that he offers higher than average wages to. He also provides financial support for building schools, free transportation, and administration buildings for the community. This type of generosity and craftsmanship is the reason we have had a relationship with Kayon Mountain Farm for 5 years.
