We welcome the return of these incredible Sidra and Gesha lots. Prized for their distinct and intricate flavor profiles, the Sidra's lively fruity notes are enhanced by extended fermentation. In contrast, the Gesha's dynamic, punchy flavors can be attributed to the washed carbonic maceration process. These exceptional varieties demand high-altitude cultivation, precise microclimates, and specialized processing. Farmers Felipe Arcila and Norbey Quimbayo are meticulously overseen at Jardines del Eden and Esmeralda respectively.
Reserve and exotics are on a limited roasting schedule each week. Anything ordered with this reserve coffee may be delayed for a day or two.
