There's a small wooden sign hanging in the natural archway formed by coffee plants that says "Mario." It's a simple welcome to one of the most famous patches of earth in the entire coffee industry. When I stepped through I felt I was entering the Gesha Reserve Vault of Panama. It's here that Geisha was rediscovered in the late 90's by the Petersons, and this particular plot is where those plants were.
These are both natural processed and very fruit forward. Geishas, rich in heritage, that transport me simultaneously to the roots of the Geisha revolution and to the endless potential in where it is heading.
Mario • Merlot, Bergamot, and White Peach. Elegant and Sophisticated, but still fruity.
Cabaña • Tropical Mango, Rainer Cherry, and Jasmine. Punchy and Fun.
