When Pablo Rodriguez first visited the la Llama farm, he was met with a llama that spat, stomped, and made it clear he was unwelcome. Despite this, he purchased the farm and began converting it into one of the best farms in Bolivia. It's the highest of all the farms the Rodriguez family owns, and this results in slowly maturing coffee with extremely complex and deep cups.
la Llama has a rich sweetness comprised of Honey and Cocoa notes, with complementary Asian Pear, Apple, and Cherry complexity throughout.
