San Pedro Necta is a farm high in the hills of Huehuetenango, Guatemala. Our main coffee from Guatemala is La Libertad, and this producer is very close to them. The diversity of terroir in Guatemala is really evident in the diversity in cup profiles though- this coffee is full of black cherry and citrus blossom notes. It's a much different profile than is usually associated with this growing region and has been really exciting to bring on!
