The combination of volcanic soil, altitude, and slower cherry maturation contributes to the clarity and vibrancy of the cup. The coffee underwent traditional natural processing and drying on raised beds. The resulting profile is juicy, sweet, and lively, reminding us of mixed berries, lemonade, and florals.
