Sensory Description:

This is a carbonic maceration (CM) coffee known for its vibrant acidity and balanced sweetness. Expect delicate floral aromas, bright, sparkling acidity, and syrupy fruit notes.

Dial Notes:

Under extracted Illumination remains floral but is grassy and thin. Over extracted will mute the vibrant acidity and taste similar to over steeped black tea with lemon. A well extracted brew should be complex with loads of florals, bright acidity, and pleasant lemon, mango, and pineapple notes. The resulting cup should taste like vibrant florals and yellow fruits.
