Maria Pacas' Father discovered a variety of coffee, Pacas, which made their family name a legend throughout Central America, and his legacy continues with the exclusive "Kenya" heirloom which brings softness and sweetness to this blend. The Kenya and Bourbon integrates extremely well with Hacienda Sonora, which is our longest standing relationship at nearly 13 years with Diego Guardia in Costa Rica. This surfer and coffee lover's flagship Milineo variety brings cherry liqueur and orange blossom notes to this blend.
