This variety is selected for its exceptional sweetness, clarity, and vibrant citrus character. It is a demanding plant to cultivate, but in Juan’s hands, it consistently delivers coffees of remarkable structure and balance.

In the cup, this lot is bright and refined, with notes of lemon bars and white peach up front, supported by a deep dark chocolate finish. Clean, sweet, and expressive, it highlights both the potential of Typica Mejorado and the meticulous work behind every harvest at Hacienda La Papaya.
