Our approach to cold brew mirrors our approach to all our coffee sourcing. We source our single origin cold brew coffee from women owned cooperatives in Rwanda. These are part of Bloomberg Philanthropies' vision to reduce poverty among rural women in Rwanda, and the mechanism for this is quality improvements at these cooperatives.
We brew at our roast works on South Broadway, filter and cut each batch to taste and dry hop our Hopped Cold Brew with whole cone Cascade Hops from the western slope. The Rwanda coffee produces a bright and juicy cold brew with berry notes. Our dry hopped cold brew is more floral and bright; perfect for hot summer days!
We've recently introduced three cold brew concentrates. Each in a half liter swing top and good for three to four servings each.
