Felipe Arcila, a civil engineer turned coffee visionary, is at the forefront of Colombia's high-end specialty coffee movement. After falling in love with Australia’s vibrant coffee culture, Felipe returned to Colombia and began working on his family’s farms. Along with his brother Carlos, he co-founded Cofinet in 2015, a company dedicated to producing, sourcing, and exporting exceptional specialty coffee.

Felipe’s passion for innovation led him to purchase Jardines del Edén, which translates to "Gardens of Eden." This farm is where he cultivates some of the most exotic and experimental coffees in the world. Felipe’s relentless drive to push the boundaries of coffee production is evident in creations like the “SuperNatural,” which undergoes a 200-hour fermentation process in both anaerobic and aerobic environments, resulting in one of the most intense and unique coffees we offer each year.

Through Cofinet, Felipe remains one of our strongest partners, helping us bring some of the wildest and most forward-looking coffees to market, all while supporting and training other farmers to reach new heights of excellence.
