Tomas Ganamo, a devoted farmer from Bombe, Sidama, inherited his family's land in 1991. Originally growing teff and corn, he decided to plant coffee in 2005, and by 2018, Tomas established his own mill to ensure quality remained in his hands. His approach to farming is as meticulous as it is sustainable—practicing regenerative and organic methods, he creates a thriving ecosystem while focusing on exceptional coffee. Handpicking cherries, drying them on raised beds, and careful sorting are all part of his daily pursuit of excellence. Tomas’s values—hard work, respect for nature, and the power of education—are rooted in his family and his farm, reflecting his commitment to his children and his community.
This new partnership lets us bring you another gem from Ethiopia. Natural Sidama coffees, like Tomas's, are among our most cherished—classic, beloved, and unforgettable.
