Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Corvus Coffee Roasters is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.
We roast three days a week. Orders placed later in the week may be subject to a short delay due to low inventory and will be roasted the following Monday. This allows us to ship the freshest coffee possible.
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Orders over $40 qualify for free shipping, excluding cold brew.
Delivery timelines provided by shipping carriers are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, Corvus Coffee Roasters is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider, including weather events, service disruptions, or operational delays.
By selecting USPS as your shipping method, you acknowledge that delivery timelines may vary and that carrier delays do not constitute grounds for refunds, replacements, or chargebacks.
For time-sensitive orders, we recommend selecting a carrier other than USPS when available.
Only USPS is able to ship to P.O. Boxes. Any reshipment required due to an incorrect carrier selection will be the responsibility of the customer.
In-store pickup is not available at this time.
We offer international shipping to most countries. Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. In some cases, we may contact you to discuss alternative shipping options.
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or VAT once the shipment reaches its destination. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Corvus Coffee Roasters is not responsible for any additional fees imposed by customs authorities.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to become available.
If your order has not been delivered within 7 days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@corvuscoffee.com with your name and order number so we can assist in locating the shipment with the carrier.
Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, it is considered successfully delivered and fulfilled. Corvus Coffee Roasters is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misplaced after delivery.
Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery to a secure location. If a package marked as delivered cannot be located, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to file a claim. We are happy to assist with carrier inquiries when possible, but replacements or refunds cannot be guaranteed for orders confirmed as delivered.

We do not accept returns on coffee. Non-coffee items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original condition. Refunds will be issued for the item only, excluding shipping costs.
Please note that some items may be subject to a restocking fee.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact hello@corvuscoffee.com as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item’s condition. We review these situations on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to reach a fair resolution.
