Maria and Alfredo take immense pride in the Pacas Family Estates- La Guachoca is the Pacas Family's testament to their commitment to maintaining biodiversity. As the family has grown, their commitment to their workers ahas deepened, fostering a sense of pride and confidence among the farm managers.
When we first visited, we were struck by the way they treat their coffee trees- like family. Though their methods have evolved over time, the distinct sweetness in their coffees remains a beautiful constant.
