Inmaculada Fellows Farms: How Collaboration Becomes Innovation

Through the Fellows Farms Project, Inmaculada partners with selected growers across Huila and Cauca, offering support in cultivation, harvest management, and post-harvest strategy. This initiative preserves the integrity of rare varietals by applying Inmaculada’s scientific rigor at the farm level, ensuring that quality begins with the plant itself. By rewarding growers for exceptional work and strengthening agronomic and processing practices, the project creates a pathway where both producer and cultivar can thrive. Rather than relying on novelty or heavy-handed intervention, the Fellows Farms approach elevates clarity, precision, and intentional cultivation, allowing each variety’s inherent character to emerge with definition and purpose.
