Gods of Coffee is a new line honoring the producers and coffees that inspire us the most. Built on long-term relationships, these 60g tins offer steady access to legendary lots. Gods of Coffee draws breath from the Ouroboros—an ancient god of rebirth, return, and eternal becoming. These coffees echo that same rhythm, returning with deepened meaning—a reminder that excellence isn’t an end point, rather a path we circle back to, each step enriched by the last.

Grown in Colombia’s Valle del Cauca, Inmaculada’s Sudan Rume reflects a radical approach to terroir and technique. Through variety-specific fermentation and cacao-inspired drying, the Holguín family has redefined Colombian coffee. This lot captures their devotion to data, elegance, and expressive structure, crafted not for headlines but for lasting impact.
