This washed coffee comes from Yisak Ketema, a producer we began working with through a trusted partner with deep roots in southern Ethiopia. Yisak manages washing stations across Guji and Yirgacheffe, regions known for their floral clarity and fruit-forward structure. Grown in the high elevations of Shakiso, where cool temperatures and volcanic soil support slow cherry ripening, this lot reflects both the strength of the relationship and the quality of the environment. Now in our second year of partnership, Shakiso Hadeso continues to deepen our connection to one of Ethiopia’s most dynamic coffee regions.
