Maria and Alfredo steward the Pacas Family Estates, a legacy rooted in Maria’s grandmother and her work to make El Retiro a name to remember in El Salvador. This month’s Traveller’s Coffee is a new expression from a long standing relationship, one we have built with the Pacas Family over the years. When we cupped with them earlier this year in El Salvador, this lot jumped off the table, and we could not pass up the chance to share it first through Traveller’s.
