Al Laws began stopping by our Broadway cafe over a decade ago when both Corvus and Laws were in our early stages. Al would wonder out loud what would happen if we aged coffee with his barrel staves, and a holiday tradition was born. A deeply sweet “Kenyan” heirloom variety, aged 5 weeks with Law’s Four Grain Bourbon staves. Expect rich notes of chocolate liqueur, blackberry, and vanilla, all wrapped in a gentle bourbon warmth—born from a shared pursuit of excellence.
