Al Laws began stopping by our Broadway cafe over a decade ago when both Corvus and Laws were in our early stages. Al would wonder out loud what would happen if we aged coffee with his barrel staves, and a holiday tradition was born. Two of our longest-standing partnerships come together in this annual release. We aged our San Pedro Pink Bourbon for five weeks with Law’s Four Grain Bourbon barrel staves, resulting in a beautifully layered cup with notes of vanilla, bursts of citrus, and gentle bourbon warmth.
