Gods of Coffee draws breath from the Ouroboros—an ancient god of rebirth, return, and eternal becoming. These coffees echo that same rhythm, returning with deepened meaning—a reminder that excellence isn’t an end point, rather a path we circle back to, each step enriched by the last.
Processed using nitrogen-flushed carbonic maceration, Nirvana ferments in sealed, oxygen-free tanks that stabilize microbial activity and extend fermentation. The result is one of the farm’s most refined coffees.
