El Sendero
Founded in 2018 with just 13 members, El Sendero Co-op has grown into a thriving community of over 600 farmers in Concepción Huista. Nestled in the mountains where electricity is scarce, the co-op is a lifeline, providing resources and market access while preserving traditional, organic cultivation. Farmers tend their crops by hand and recycle coffee cherry pulp as fertilizer, ensuring both sustainability and quality. This offering reflects their dedication, bringing a beautifully structured and balanced coffee to our subscribers.
