Ayla Bombe
In the forests of the Bombe Mountains, farmers grow heirloom varieties beneath the canopy. Their harvests reach Ayla Bombe washing station, where cherries are hand-sorted, fermented in spring water, then washed and dried on raised beds. The result is a cup with floral aromatics, citrus brightness, and delicate structure, shaped by elevation, variety, and attentive preparation.
