We would recommend a much finer grind setting than neutral for this coffee in order to hit higher extraction percentages and bring out this coffee's pervasive sweetness. When well dialed this coffee had a pleasant subtle acidity like fruit juice that paired well with the more dominant milk chocolate flavor.
