Halo Beriti
From the rugged hills of Beriti, Halo’s washing station reflects the strength of tradition and the precision of craft. Smallholder farmers deliver ripe cherries from gardens tucked into the highlands, where they’re carefully fermented in spring water and sun dried. Named after Ethiopia’s honey wine, the Tej process shapes a clean, expressive cup that earned Halo a place among the country’s top producers.
