Sourced through trusted partners in Colombia, this lot comes from smallholder producers in the Inga territory beneath the Galeras Volcano. Grown in volcanic rich soils and processed as Honey on raised beds, it reflects a different expression of southern Colombia, structured, composed, and built with depth.
